- Cathie Wood of ARKK Invest posted a lengthy thread (as if I got room to talk) about the voided Elon compensation package. “I believe the Delaware court decision, forcing Tesla to void the March 2018 vote on Elon Musk’s performance-based pay package, is un-American, an assault on investor rights, and an insult to the Board of Directors of one of the most stunningly successful companies in US history.” It is worth the thread.

- SAP will stop offering Teslas to its employees after the manufacturer’s repeated price cuts. Stating they fluctuate more than other manufacturers’, complicating planning and increasing risks.

Watch live here on X about 20 minutes prior to departure.
- Still no word as to why Starship 28 has some Raptors removed. Due to this, it is expected to undergo another static fire test. Booster 13 was stacked as it sits with three other completed boosters in Mega Bay 1. Starship 26 continues to get attention with more work on the stringers. The blast wall sections near the OLM continue to be placed. Last night the booster transport stand moved from Sanchez down to the build site, so maybe Booster 10 will soon travel to the OLM.
- SpaceX posted several new signs along Boca Chica Beach going both north and south. The signs have a letter and number and as a Texas beach goer, they appear to designated trash can areas to help encourage people to dispose of trash properly.

- A new Octagrabber robot was lifted aboard droneship Just Read the Instructions. It replaced the badly damaged one from when Booster B1058 tipped over in December.
- The SpaceX Boeing 737-800 is registered under Falcon Aviation Holdings LLC. Its registration address is SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne. I spoke to Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Engineer at SpaceX, and he confirmed it will be used for both, “testing Starlink and connecting SpaceX’s sites to Boca.”

So probably in about a week from now.”

■ ELON NEWS:
- As mentioned earlier, Elon was at the Lola premier and spoke to the press briefly stating he was there to support friends and honor pilots and astronauts that came before him. He also said, “Thinking about companies to acquire…” He quickly gawked at that statement and walked off laughing.
- The New York Post is running with the 'Elon is a Drug Addict' theme. They are stating the ex Tesla board member Larry Ellison offered Elon his Hawaiian estate to sober up. Per Elon, "I took my kids there for a family trip and to discuss strategic matters with Larry Ellison." Again these are only allegations with no substance. Elon passed every drug screening via NASA.
