You know that feeling when the star child of the family does something small, and suddenly the whole household is beaming with pride? Well, that's kind of how I felt diving into Palantir's recent earnings report. It's like they whispered, "We're gonna do better," and suddenly, the market erupted in cheers, rallying over 30%.

Now, I'll admit, I'm a bit of a Palantir fan myself. Watching my shares appreciat in value and my options contracts turn into cold, hard cash has been quite the ride. Well, almost all of them – except for that one Covered Call Option with a strike of $20, set to expire this Friday. I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to my shares, so I'll be rolling that out to a later date, likely keeping it in the money. It's a bit of an experiment, but hey, where's the fun without a little risk?

As for those cash-secured puts expiring worthless by the end of the week, I'll be on the hunt for another entry point to position some more CSPs, even as the stock price continues to climb. Short-term trades are on the horizon, maybe two weeks out, as I search for that sweet spot between strike price and juicy premiums.
