I trust the sponsor Keppel. Suspend the dividend for two years are good for long term benefits. I don't like borrow money from bank. I don't have house loan and I have a 4-room HDB flat.

I would like to buy 1-2K USD only when its’ price is stable.
The Reit property income was ok. The problem is property net value keep dropping like falling knife.
