Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT suspend dividend

I trust the sponsor Keppel. Suspend the dividend for two years are good for long term benefits. I don't like borrow money from bank. I don't have house loan and I have a 4-room HDB flat.

I don’t hold Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT before.

I would like to buy 1-2K USD only when its’ price is stable.

The Reit property income was ok. The problem is property net value keep dropping like falling knife.

DBS just update Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT TP at 0.1 USD.
