I think the notion of a lockup

I think the notion of a lockup period expiring is nonsense[LOL]. In every IPO or offering there are mechanics that daytraders try to capitalize on...but the whole system is totally rigged. Either its going up over time or its not. How many people made thousands shorting $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ when they could have made 10 milliom buying 10k of stock 15 years ago.

Personally like $ARM Holdings Ltd(ARM)$ because of the moat, $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ and softbank validation. It did jump up a lot the other day, but thats how they do it.

You will never buy on good news and make money or sell on bad news. It will probably fall for this entire quarter then double again next quarter.[Grin][Grin][Grin]
