I watch a YouTube video from The Fifth Person, China Stock Market: Year of The Dragon or Dead Cat Bounce?

The Fifth Person are local Singaporeans company who service and advice retail investors.

It is interesting to see the opinions from Singaporean on China stock market.

The Video is around 30 minutes.

Let me summary the main ideas for you.

1. China/ HK stocks are cheap now. HSI and PE are at negative 2 standard deviation.

2. It is a psychology game. No matter how China stocks are cheap, how the company are great, they are trash, they are proven can’t earn money. People have no interest in investing in them. But the sentiment can change anytime, anything can happen in the market. we don’t know when it will U turn.

3. Foreign funds don’t mind investing in China or US, they simply chase money.

4. One constructive suggestion, diversify the asset allocation, place certain percentage to China/ HK stocks at your comfortable level. Tracker of HK and Tencent were recommended in the video.

$TRACKER FUND(02800)$

$TENCENT(00700)$

$HUATAI-PINEBRIDGE CSI 300 INDEX TRADING SECURITIES INVESTMENT FUND(510300)$
