PCT: Why Asian Billionaires Choose Singapore? v10.0 :

PCT = Pandas Coffee Talk.

Me RickPANDA thinks why Billionaires choose Singapore? Basically infrastructure. Educations. And internet connectivity.

1. Infrastructure. Security in your infrastructures. Singaporeans migrate to Malaysia always come back. Reported need to give a lots of cigarettes daily. To get your car not scratched. In Singapore you can get a 100MillionSGD house to a 150SGD me estimated monthly rental 1Room flat. The rental 1Room flat is HDB for Singaporeans only. Singaporeans who migrate to Australia always come back. They say the nearest eat place is a restaurant 5Km from their home. In Singapore. It is just 10Mins walks to coffeeshop.

2. Educations. Educations here in SG Singapore is world class. Where all worldwide billionaires want their children to study bilingually.

3. Internet Connectivity. A YouTube Swiss Billionaire Princess in Singapore says: with Facebook Groups. You can connect & meet any UN United Nations expats groups in Singapore. And they become so best friends. They are the hardest reasons to leave Singapore. She also says: in Switzerland people only meets friends 70% of the year because of harsh winters. But in Singapore it is 100% of the year because everyday is constant good weather at 30Degree Celsius.
