$SoundHound AI Inc(SOUN)$ Nuance and Shazam sold out because it was easy money and clearly the innovation part died. Sound keeps going because they have great engineers and management that understand what innovation can do for society. They clearly believe in their technology and that's why they won't sell. Even if Nvidia or any other tech company offers them a price they can't refuse, they still won't take it. Sound would've already sold out if they really wanted to.
