$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ Shoulda, woulda, coulda. But the $6B transfusion plus $5B in loans into the new AZ operation accompanied by reduced geopolitical risk finally convinced me. I'm in, for better or for worse.

Now I would ask where TSM hopes to find sufficiently highly qualified American workers for their AZ operation. Their best bet would be to convince highly qualified Taiwan workers to come to the US. But then, I wonder if TSM could pay these highly qualified workers enough to convince them to make the move.
