$Intel(INTC)$
Please stop all the doom and gloom talk. Intel is doing just fine. Stop with the talk about how they are a "has been" who are incapable of doing great things. By the end of the year, Intel will be the process leader having features sizes smaller and performance better than $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ 's nodes.
Stop saying they are getting "bailed out". THe CHIPs act just provides subsidies to entice companies to build fabs in the USA. Taiwan and Korea have given TSMC and $Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.(SSNLF)$ such subsidies forever, because those government's recognize that having this technology in their countries is important.
Intel is a great investment, period. Getting in now is like getting in with $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ circa 2019, but even less risky, since semiconductors are a proven industry, and since Intel is not new to fabs. They are only new to fabbing chips for others.
