$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ AI valuations might be a bubble in 2030 when AI is everywhere, AI is really nowhere atm in our society.
Look at the big tech companies, they're still in the development phase with 0 AI products out yet spending billions on it.
I knew the current valuation might be high, we all know that.
But fundamentally the AI market is ripping forward and fast. Looking at their forward growth they are undervalued.
Had every company in the world already integrated AI into their infrastructure and every home had AI I would've reasoned differently. Until we see massive layoffs due to AI, that won't be true.
I see people writing "bubble" yet fail to explain why and how, because it really isn't.
Please do share with us where AI will be in 1-2 years that makes AI companies so bad investments.
The market is looking for reasons to sell off atm, however, look at the S&P volume y-day, while we closed red, a lot buyers stepped in. Either we bounce from here or a bounce is imminent.
If anything you should start a position now and if you're in a really big position you can always hedge.
TSM just reported, they had stellar earnings. Why wouldn't NVDA and SMCI have the same?
Literally nothing speaking against it.
