Gonna try out this fund, 6 days DDA RSP 100SGD with 30SGD cashback vouchers[Miser]  

Edit1: So tiger decided to silently changed the min fund subscription amount from 100 to 1k...I have checked other funds and even similar funds on other brokerage and the min is actually $100. Reconfirms my initial impression that maybe tiger isn't customer first I guess[LOL]  Cheat my feelings again[Cry]  

Edit2: And the 1k limit is suddenly changed back to $100 min[Happy]  What is going on here?[LOL] Shall turn back on RSP[Miser]  

Edit3: Not a smooth experience with regards to the DDA cash rebates as out of 6 DDA coupons one of it did not get rebated, currently waiting for CS to check and get back to me[Speechless]  

Edit4: CS email reply is rather generic and repeating the problem back to me without any remedy to the problem with the system not rebating the DDA voucher, end up I have to do one more additional DDA RSP[Cry]

    I don't know what tiger is up to now... so inconsistent...

    I have completed 3 SGD5 DDA vouchers via RSP at 100 each and 1 RSP scheduled with 1 SGD5 DDA voucher to be used for this RSP at 100 as well.

    out of the blue, tiger app alerted me the the DDA vouchers gonna expire. how can they expire so quickly  cuz when I activated, all vouchers were showing validity till 2027 and 2028. and I can't even see the "expired" vouchers in the rewards center under cash voucher - "expired" section.

    contacted CS, they've given the balance 2 vouchers back to me but the amount suddenly increased to 1k instead of 100 [OMG] [OMG] [OMG]

    I wrote back to them telling them this is ridiculous, if the amount suddenly increases from 100 to 1k then am not considering...

    awaits their reply...

      Yeah I experience it a few times already, their services can be inconsistent and mostly not to the benefits of the users [Facepalm]

    Same for me. Only last week rsp go through. Wondering if subscribe 1k then can rsp 100 after that?

    oh then abit not worth to risk this fund just for that 0.5% unless you really want this fund already.
