$Snap Inc(SNAP)$ Q1 results beat analysts’ estimates and showed a double-digit revenue growth.

SNAP Q1 revenues increased 21% to $1.19 billion. This marked a significant acceleration for Snap, which had faced challenges in previous quarters.

Snap attributed its revenue growth to improvements in its advertising platform and increased demand for its direct-response advertising solutions. Advertising revenue reached $1.11 billion, while the "Other Revenue" category, driven by Snapchat+ subscribers, soared 194% year-over-year to $87 million.

Snap's net loss narrowed to $305.1 million, and it anticipates reporting revenues between $1.23 billion and $1.26 billion for the second quarter, with adjusted EBITDA projected to range from $15 million to $45 million.

The company reported 422 million daily active users (DAUs) in Q1, up 10% year-over-year.

Looking ahead, Snap expects to report revenue between $1.23 billion and $1.26 billion, up from the $1.22 billion expected by analysts. The company expects DAUs to reach around 431 million in Q2.
