$META 20240426 535.0 CALL$ ,META: this is the 1st sell call leg for the bear call spread of $535/$540 that expired worthless and I gained all the premiums. Net premium collection is $160/0.3% over 8 days of contract and with max loss risk of $500 per contract. META rejected its all time high of $531 and didn’t test new high. Its earnings results on 24th April beats market expectations but forecast more spending and weaker revenue on coming quarter in >10% drop after earnings on a single day. As of now, META is 17% off its peak. While it’s not cheap in valuation by all means, it’s not expensive either. I’ll stop shorting META and might turn on the bull side should price action stabilise and shows strength.
