$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SI)$ I am very confident in DBS, but I need a huge amount of money 4.25 years from now to pay my BTO. Not sure when I should pull out....

    If me, i will just sold off when the payment of BTO date is near, at least i can still earn the capital gain as well as the dividend during this 4.25 years period.

    Personally i feel if its for bto its ok to take out as bto will defo make money after mop. However if its for reno then no bcs in my opinion as the next buyer may not like ur reno as much as u do and may need to redo the house up

    For BTO, take HDB loan @ 2.6% and continue growing capital gains and collecting dividends @ 5% on D05.
