$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ This is a once in a lifetime AI arms race - an AI super cycle - with Supermicro earning ridiculous amounts of money NOW. The new Blackwell chips (which everyone wants and are just now shipping) cost anywhere from 10% to 40% MORE, which bodes well for 2nd half of the year revenues. These chips are very powerful and MUST have liquid cooling, which is fairly new for everyone, but Supermicro has shown leadership - Nvidia engineers are just 15 minutes away from SMCI headquarters. Everyone implies that margins are falling - but they actually went UP last quarter a small amount. They could charge more but they are going for market share - very smart and right out of marketing 101. Quantum computing? Sure, bring it on....servers are needed for that too, but I won't hold my breath. Competition? Sure, bring that on too...but you better keep your margins real low in order to compete. I mean HP has margins of 36% - SMCI gross margins are between 14-17%. What's DELL's lead time? 30 weeks? They DO NOT hold inventory.

Oh, brand new factory in Malaysia ready to start producing loads of new servers by the end of the year? Yeah, that's gonna help margins too. The low float makes the shares volatile...but that should not worry long term investors. It's something a stock split will help fix (eventually) not to juice the shares, but to help fix the high volatility. They will easily show at least $8.00 in earnings this August....I'm ALL IN!
