I'd go as far as to say that they shouldn't be paying a div at all.
I mean, who's buying BABA for income anyway?
Buybacks are a red flag as well, I'd expect them to re-invest all profits into the business.
At the moment, management is all over the place.
IMO they should be more focused and communicate clearly where growth is going to come from.
