I must say the platform interface is really outdated.[LOL]

@N30$eBay(EBAY)$ eBay is an e-commerce platform stuck in the 90s. It's so outdated. Let me tell you why you should avoid this stock: (1) E-commerce erosion: Amazon and other major retailers continue to dominate online shopping, offering wider selection, faster shipping, and greater convenience. eBay struggles to compete, losing sellers and buyers to these platforms. (2) Rising competition from niche marketplaces: Specialized marketplaces (e.g. Etsy, StockX) dedicated to collectibles, fashion, or electronics undercut eBay's advantage in these categories. Buyers find better deals and more focused selection on these platforms. (3) Counterfeit Concerns: Persistent issues with counterfeit goods on eBay erode buyer trust. Even if eBay implements stricter measures, the perception of inauthenticity lingers, driving customers to platforms with better guarantees. (4) Cheap, Mass-Produced Goods at inflated price: eBay becomes synonymous with low-quality, mass-produced goods, losing favor with buyers seeking higher-end or unique items. (5) Inconvenient Currency Management: Inability to set prices and automatically convert back to the seller's home currency adds complexity for international sellers. (6) Limited marketing reach: Compared to Amazon's extensive marketing efforts, eBay might struggle to reach new potential users and compete for brand awareness Overall, these factors could create a downward spiral for eBay. Lack of adaptation to technological trends, increased competition from niche players, and a tarnished brand image could lead to a significant decline in market share and user base. eBay's user base has in fact been declining in recent years. Statista shows a consistent decline in eBay's active buyers since 2018. In 2018, eBay had around 180 million active users. By 2023, that number had dropped to around 132 million, representing a significant decrease. The decline is likely due to a combination of factors that are I have outlined here. If you are seeking exposure to the e-commerce sector, you might consider companies like Amazon $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Shopify $Shopify(SHOP)$ , or Etsy $Etsy(ETSY)$ that demonstrate stronger growth potential and adaptation to evolving trends. @Daily_Discussion @TigerEvents @黑豹钻石拳
