$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$

This is by far one of the most valuation-inflated companies on earth. Nikola and Cathywood's Workhorse WKHS pick, at their prime prior to downfalls, pale in comparison. Some of its gov contractor peers of similar tech capacity (publicly-traded ones) have valuation 1/1000 (not 1%, but 0.1%) of Palantir's current valuation, because those companies seldomly diluted their shares for cash and compensation like Palantir has done. Palantir currently has 2.4 Billion Diluted Shares, you heard it correct, BILLIONS, NOT millions, NOT hundred millions, while other gov software companies of similar tech capabilty usually have tens-of-millions outstanding shares. Microsoft reached Billions shares after 30 years of multiple rounds of Stock Splits. Palantir reached Billions Shares in just 3 years through countless rounds of Stock Dilutions. Palantir as of today has close to 55% revenue mix in gov contracts, most of which are low margin or negative margin even after employees working at reduced cost for diluted shares at below market offered to them. What gave Palantir the 1000 times valuation over its peers besides taken $3 Billion cash from shareholders through many many rounds of stock dilutions. Currently, I view this stock as a CULT, the bottom of this CULT could fall out some time. This could be the reason why its founders have been selling hundreds-millions dollars worth of shares at open market recently, even after the stock price had already crashed after earnings.
