$Intel(INTC)$ The folks at Intel sat on their thumbs for ten years crowing about how great they were and now they are scraping the bottom of the barrel.
It is going to take them even longer than that to catch up. All the cheerleading in the world will not make up for bad management and sitting on the sidelines for so long no matter how many new chips they develop.
By the time Intel catches up with the leaders (if ever), there will be twenty more competitors to deal with. Nobody wants to use chips from a company that sits around singing its own praises.
