$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

Let's be real - Elon Musk asking for "free" $50B in TSLA stock is because of his own personal choices. Elon Musk over-leveraged himself when he bought Twitter using the backing of TSLA shares. That backing includes cash against shares held, and some have estimated that if TSLA goes to $140 that Elon's position on margin would cause a serious implosion because it would both hurt him and the lending sources for the funds (it's in the billions, after all).

So is Elon really after "control" of Tesla, or simply wants to reduce the leverage on his Twitter purchase? Inquiring minds want to know.
