I would like to try sweet zongzi. I have never tried zongzi as i live in New Zealand and have not heard of it before.
Dragon Boat Festival! How Do You Celebrate?
Tomorrow is the Dragon Boat Festival! Will you celebrate it? In China, people have different opinions on whether to eat sweet zongzi or savory zongzi because of cultrual difference. Do you prefer sweet or savory zongzi? What kind of zongzi will your family eat tomorrow? What flavor of zongzi would you most like to try?

    Perhaps you could find them in some Asian provision shops in NZ too. I don’t know as I have never been to NZ. At least not yet… one day, I might just book a flight to cross that strait [Cool]

    Rice dumpling… you can also find them in both Singapore and Malaysia when you go on holidays… some Asian provision shops around Australia sell them too, just that the favour depends on where the rice dumplings originated from. Could be from Vietnam, northern China, etc. Rice dumplings taste different with different fillings depending on origins. E.g. those from South China differs from North China. Those from Singapore and Malaysia are different too. But they all look similar on the outside [Grin]
