The $Apple(AAPL)$ Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is always an exciting event for tech fans. This year’s conference had its highs and lows, with mixed reactions from the audience and investors.

No Surprises in the First Half-Hour: Stock Drops

The conference began quietly, with no major announcements in the first half-hour. This lack of excitement caused Apple’s stock price to drop, reflecting the initial disappointment.

Introducing the iPad Calculator: Applause and Recovery

Things picked up when Apple introduced a new feature for the iPad: a built-in calculator. The audience cheered, and the stock price began to recover, showing that investors appreciated this practical addition.

AI and Siri’s Typing Feature: Mixed Reactions

However, when Apple discussed its advancements in AI, especially the new feature allowing users to type to Siri, the stock dropped again. Some people liked the idea, while others were not impressed, leading to mixed reactions and a dip in market confidence.

Stock Performance Post-Conference

Despite the brief moments of excitement, Apple’s stock ultimately closed lower after the WWDC conference finished.
