The European STOXX 600 index closed down 0.97% at 511.05 points, falling below the 50-day moving average (the technical indicator reported 513.40 points), approaching 510 points and the closing level of 508.22 points on May 6, and fell 2.39% this week.

The Eurozone STOXX 50 index closed down 1.95% at 4839.14 points, falling below the 100-day moving average (reported at 4929.30 points) - it had already fallen below the 50-day moving average on June 13 (reported at 4996.71 points), approaching the 4800 point mark and the closing level of 4775.31 points on February 21, and fell 4.20% this week.

The FTSE Euro Stoxx 300 Index closed down 0.95% at 2029.23 points, approaching the closing price of 2012.50 points on May 6, and fell 2.32% this week.
