$Micron Technology(MU)$$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$

$MU

Alright, we need to discuss Micron Technologies.

It’s up 72% YTD. Last quarter, the surprised with a profit of $0.42 EPS when the street expected them to lose $0.26 a share.

$793M in profits. They also beat revenues at $5.8B vs $5.3B.

What does Micron do?

They are a semiconductor stock that designs and manufactures advanced memory and storage solutions. This allows efficient data processing, storage, retrieval, etc.

Basically, the more AI becomes a real thing, the more memory solutions we are going to need. That’s why they had a surprise profit last quarter — AI demand is catching up to them and their numbers are showing their ability to capitalize on that demand.

If they beat expectations again, it’s bullish for…

You guessed it.

$NVDA Nvidia.

Their relationship is primarily centered around the supply and use of memory and storage solutions.

Micron provides high-performance memory products, such as GDDR6 and GDDR6X, which are crucial for NVIDIA's graphics processing units (GPUs) used in gaming, data centers, artificial intelligence, and professional visualization.

This allows NVIDIA to enhance the performance and efficiency of its GPUs, while Micron benefits from a steady demand for its advanced memory solutions.

All roads lead back to Nvidia. $NVDA also has a shareholder meeting tomorrow.

If $MU can crush, the market will have no choice but to assume the reason they have more demand is because $NVDA is selling more GPUs..

Going to be a very important earnings tomorrow for them — anyone long $MU?

Will You Bottom Micron at $130 or Lower?
Micron's financial report significantly exceeded market expectations in all indicators, and its outlook guidance generally met market expectations. However, despite excellent financial performance, the outlook guidance not exceeding market expectations caused the stock price to fall in after-hours trading. --------------------------- What's your target price for Micron?
