"$FORW $TSNPD There's a psychological battle going on between hedge fund shorts and longs. Shorts will have to settle 87.8 million naked shorted shares of $TSNP by EOD tomorrow, as per SEC.

I'm. not sure how they will cover $TSNP short positions when those shares no longer exist. However, it's possible that they have been given this grace period to cover using $TSNPD. After March 17, that grace period will no longer be available.

If you look at the Monday after the r/s, the volume was a low 9.3m despite an all time high. That was most likely the retail shorts who were forced to cover. Clearly it was not anywhere near the 87.8m.

So, we know that hedge funds are holding this bag. They have been stepping down the pps aggressively hoping to force weak hands. It's hard to tell if they've covered much of the 87.8m.

What is clear is that these shares must be settled by EOD tomorrow. Could there be an extension? I doubt it, based on my previous experience."
