$Intel(INTC)$ INTC is in the doghouse for whatever reason. I'm not sure if the headlines are sensationalizing INTC's state of affairs or not. I would lean towards "it's not as bad as they are making it" with all these doom and gloom stories. But, the market usually applies the correct valuation to companies since a company's valuation is whatever value the market puts on it. So, here we are. Is the decades long INTC story coming to an end? Maybe so. The board can't fight this market sentiment without some sort of drastic action, and I expect they are talking about ways to salvage this beast. I don't know the answer, but it's time for drastic change. Maybe sell off MBLY, split INTC into IFS (compete with TSMC) and leave INTC alone just to design chips (compete with NVDA, and the rest)? Maybe so. Because, this plan is not working.
