$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ Goldman Sachs likes DELL over SMCI and I think they are wrong to take that position. Buying Dell is like buying INTC, that’s so 1990’s! Dell has lower margins (net margins are 1/2 SMCI) , and 26 billion in debt, GS cut SMCI ahead of Dell’s earnings after hours today from $775 to $675.00. I can deal with that target as it’s not far off what I think, but SMCI also raised 2 billion dollars at zero % interest this year if people have forgotten that! Since net profit was also 1.21 billion, I think even if they have to raise a little money no big deal. They have the current “high performance” goods that are in demand! Stay with the program!
