$Intel(INTC)$ Keeping it simple. Intel's design side is coming out with superior products while AMD's are uninspiring. This will translate into market share gains, instead of the eternal "AMD is growth and Intel is a has been" story. At this ridiculously and artificially low markey cap, Intel could donate its Fabs to the government for $1 and triple its stock value overnight. It would still be cheaper than AMD!
