$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ AMD is only cheaper than $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ when valued on a Price to Sales basis. That's because AMD doesn't nearly have NVDA's margins. I see a stock trading for 44X forward here. It's a good second company to have in your AI mix, if you like, but do not think it is any kind of substitute for NVDA.

For some reason these guys are always a #2 player. They played #2 to $Intel(INTC)$ for decades. Now playing it to NVDA. The one stroke of brilliance they had was buying GPU maker ATI in 2006. If not for that,, I don't know where AMD would be.

Intel was too stubborn to follow suit. That was their demise. This tech is moving so fast, I believe the first mover will have a great long term moat. Buffet should have bought this rather than $Snowflake(SNOW)$ .
