Been struggling between two style investor lately.

Momentum investing vs value investing. Sharing my thought as investor.

Started 2020 in $TSLA and that has made me my first 100k wealth. Since then i been running circle especially this year. I thought i had sufficient knowledge about invest. But lately i found i been an idiot.

Investing in crypto. Trading in and out. Hoping for quick bucks. Instead my losses got bigger and bigger. (of course i only loss what i gained last year)

Few times of this made me realized should i learn the right way of investing. Quotes from buffet itself,

1. Dont lose money.

2. Dont forget rule 1.

Investing is about sleeping well at night. Should not focus in how much you can gain but how can you not lose money long term.

Thus, this post marks the change in my investing style which is passive and value based. Will only focus in $BRKB long term.

Furthermore, i am guy with family now single guy 5 years ago which affects my risks appititde.

I need to have long term mindset only then i can win the game slowly. Not hoping to strike short term (which causes hope and wish) attitude, thus dies away faster.

I hope to revisit thus post again in year 1,year 2 and so on.. Reflecting my investing style and cultivating the attitude of patience and slow to gain enormous wealth long term.

Sigh... I was like u. Trade in and out, made some, lost some... Then realised there's no way I can win by trading. It's just gambling. So, yes, value + dividend investing = sleeping well at night, healthy life and mindset.
