I would like to add some updates of $ServiceNow(NOW)$ first:

The California-based $ServiceNow(NOW)$ has a market cap of $175.3 billion and is in the cloud computing business. The company offers a comprehensive platform that improves productivity across all departments of an enterprise by streamlining processes and leveraging advanced technologies. ServiceNow has achieved strong results by integrating advanced AI into its core products, improving its operational efficiency and product offerings.

Shares of the company surged 13.4% on July 25 after the company released its second-quarter earnings report. The earnings report showed adjusted earnings per share of $3.13 and sales of $2.6 billion, beating Wall Street expectations. The company also reported a 23% increase in subscription revenue and 88 high-value deals.

According to @cheaperthanguru,CathieDWood was the only institutional investor to trade $ServiceNow(NOW)$ stock in Q2 2024. She offloaded around 15,700 shares, reducing her position by 99.7%.

$ARK Innovation ETF(ARKK)$ ’s site suggests any remaining shares may have been sold since, marking a significant strategy shift for ARK in $ServiceNow(NOW)$
