$Intel(INTC)$ If Intel succeeds with the 18A process and makes a strong comeback, there’s no better company to represent America’s semiconductor industry than Intel. No company has as much IP across the entire semiconductor landscape—AI, foundry, PC hardware, photonics, you name it—as Intel. It stands in a league of its own compared to the fabless companies that have recently grown by relying solely on $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ .
Considering everything including the very early time for AI, DOD's support, new USA foundries, new partners (IBM, Dell, Microsoft, etc. ), new chips, Neural processors (NPU), Intel (at these prices) will likely be a very good investment for the foreseeable future. Some patience is necessary.
