I've had to turn it off - the talk of the stock exchange became too much /- Hey, you can do anything with anything when you're a superpower that has access to UNLIMITED access to endow the country into unsustainable debt levels to make it sound amazing, but yeah, the old age adage of what goes up, must come down comes to mind.
As a correlation to this if you borrow a million dollars you can have a ball đą of a time not working and partying it up, but then what? - You've got debt up to your eyeballs and your previous ability to make the loan repayments drop significantly as your suvival fundstocks haven't just dropped, but the dividends have dropped significantly as well due to the fact we're living in an economy where well established companies are liquidating left right and centre as the cost of operations and lack of demand due to your customers being in the same listing boat.
All I can say is WAKE UP AMERICA!
Do the maths on it and work out how many companies or industries have new start ups in sectors other than tech and health and essentials- then look at the amount of liquidations by industry. Forget about posted revenue statements as they are now yesteryear in this climate -
Don't believe the hype, do your own homework and look at the real picture
That's company liquidations and underwriter takeovers VS start ups
The tell essential telltale is that these need to be accessed by INDUSTRY
Then just step back and actually drive around your city and where I'm based anyway commercial/industrial vacancies are now almost as prevalent as those occupied - and those still battling on are DEAD - bulk retailerswith near empty car parks. The only place that's busy as normal are the supermarkets.
A Grade to C Grade office/industrial is much the same with A Grade still having higher occupancy rates - but returns are eating humble pie as the ole SUPPLY/DEMAND parabolic is better put as a pendulum with a feather of gold on one side and a gold bar on the other-
Maybe, it's just because I live here đ and people are moving away - but hmmm, I'd like to hope not đłđ¤Źđ
