nt necessary. fed rate cuts is good for bank lending uptake. revised price is $43. still so much room for growth.

is it worth switching for a 5% annual dividend with more capital gain potential then other stocks. we are deeply aware sgx is a value trap market where stocks remain undervalued yet unappreciated. nonetheless if u are looking for a safe haven or hedge. DBS is actually a good defensive player with slow but definite capital gain couple with an attractive yield in today's environment. dividend payout is just round the corner.... i would definitely hold and rotate once i gotten the payout.

I'm looking at a short term switch to REITs that has a higher probability of being bullish after rate cuts anticipation and subsequently actual local bank cuts if this plays out

once rate cuts happen, banks at 50% payout ratio and 5+% yield is a good place for funds to be in.
