$Intel(INTC)$

If intel split foundry business and go IPO, what would happen to existing Intel shareholders? Will they get any shares from the foundry business? Foundry business is intel's future. Without it, the design business is not very competitive against nvda and amd.

the sub business split out and become an independent company, the main business will still remains in the original company.
The existing share holders still will have same quantity of shares in hand; and the price will change -- through the reaction of the market.
