the market predicts Pat will be replaced soon. Stock will rise as a result. See Nike. I do think Pat (and the CFO) is under a lot of pressure to raise the share price sooner rather than later. Regardless if his IFS strategy is correct or how long it will take, big investors/Board want to see the stock rising soon or he may have to go.
