$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ I think we have seen very successful period of short selling supported by profit takers and weak hands in past months.

On the other hand there is absolutely NO reason for company in the sector to be traded at PEG 0.27.

As regard delayed 10-K form.. The company may have realised after Hindenburg report that it is part of the serious attack. To make things crystal clear (written and spoken) the company delayed its 10-K form and its representatives are do not talk about this topic outwards on purpose.
