$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ nvidia $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ rose a lot more and without TSMC they would be making nothing, if TSMC raises their prices everyone has to pay them or just not have chips, the one thing I could foresee is trump’s tarriffs making them less competitive for american companies than intel but literally no one makes chips at the capacity TSMC does when they were over capacity during covid that’s what caused the entire chip shortage, also they have plenty of FABs in America so even the tarriffs seem like a long shot.
