$Micron Technology(MU)$ Let's assume yourself the CEO of MU. Your HBM (memory for AI) sold out for 24,25. What will you do? raise price for HMB is obvious. This is the fastest way to capitalize on it. The second is to increase capacity. How about move some production from other production line to HBM if that is possible? What happen to supply of the overall market if production shifted to HBM?
Jasen Huang said AI needs one million times more memory. This is not a short term demand. MU also is leading in the HBM technology. that is why MU HBM is bundled with Blackwell.
