$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ AMD just laid out the depth of their ongoing relationships with major customers in the most convincing way possible by having customers themselves speak. What could have been better than that? I guess what investors wanted to hear was "AMD will grow its data center business x amount by March, 2025." If so, then what would AMD talk about in two weeks during the earnings call? I think we'll know a lot more in two weeks, and unfortunately, it may be a signal to go back to sleep for another 3+ months. No matter what, the underlying message was AMD is playing the long game, take it or leave it, and strength in numbers will never burst on the scene overnight like it did w NVDA. It will be more gradual is the sense of it, but it will be robust on many fronts by end of 2026, or worst case, AMD will lag. I sure don't know. Just some thoughts.
