$Uber(UBER)$
Thirty-eight institutions hold a total of 43.86% of the shares. Isn't that enough? Moreover, most of the shareholders are insiders. Uber reduced its holdings by 121 million, while SMB increased its holdings by 121 million. It's so obvious, isn't it sufficient? Do they have to squeeze people until they have nothing left?
