$ARM Holdings Ltd(ARM)$ I’ve been following ARM's IPO, and it’s been a huge win for anyone who invested about a year ago—especially for SoftBank. The buzz around the stock makes sense, considering how ARM’s architecture is becoming more prominent in cloud computing, and the future looks bright.
However, I can’t shake the feeling that ARM’s stock performance is now heavily tied to news about $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ , which brings a lot of risk for investors like me. While it's great to see that licensing fees and royalties create a stable revenue stream over several years, we need to remember that all of this relies on future expectations. Honestly, the high premium we’re paying for Arm right now feels pretty unjustified to me.
