Is this bad for JD? Partially but that's represented in the stock price if you see the performance in the last 5 years. The delayed or lack of consumption does hurt them, but they're not in any huge risk as they have a net cash position of nearly $ 16 billion.
The government said it'll do what it takes, but it will not take out a gigantic bazooka of money, they'll see month to month what is necessary. It might take a while but their rhetoric has changed as they're committed to reboot their economic growth.
