$Mapletree Log Tr(M44U.SI)$  

 Mapletree Log Tr - 2nd quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is down 1.8 percent to 183m. NPI is down 2.1 percent to 158m. DPU is down 10.6 percent to 2.027 cents.

I think results is within expectations as operations costs is still high and China sector is not as rosy.

Occupancy rate is 96%.

Gearing 40.2%.

    ya moving forward DPU should improve in view of the FED cutting of interest rate. It is much better than FD or SSB etc anyway.

      I see. Hope they can achieve good returns from those properties ! It is good to review those properties to maximise their onset investment indeed. And they could purchase other more suitable properties as well subsequently.

      yup! they are planning to divest some of their properties from China and HKG. let's see!

    Good dividend indeed. I like this mapletree reit because of the quarterly dividend given.

      nice to collect every quarter! I think give it sometime for China property sector to recover than can look forward for better dpu payout
