Wow. MPACT dropped so much just because of minor lower dividend. The dividend is still much better than FD, Tbill, etc. Strange sentiment indeed. This Sg market really jiat lat. Sad.

      Agreed too. Reits are more for longer term in order to maximise the regular dividend payout. Hope that it will appreciate in co mkt value too.

    It will recover as interest rates drop as its cost of debt will be lower.
