$McDonald's(MCD)$ Many analysts believe it's not a good strategic move to go to the media only a day or two after the CDC announcement. I get that they're trying to reassure diners, but at least let the investigation play out. They're making it worse, apparently the CEO went on NBC's today show yesterday. Stop worrying about company profits and investors and start worrying about the safety and the long term effect of the brand when the investigation is over months from now.
