Hey Tigers,

KULR's seen a rocky up and down on the market since my last post, but that's to be expected! The real fun will be on the 13th at earnings!

I've got a few more notes about this exciting thermal solution provider that I want to share with you!

* Battery explosions on the rise

While KULR might not be hitting the news in a huge way yet, we're seeing more and more articles highlighting the growing need for the kinds of products and services KULR offer, ie, products and testing that reduce battery explosions.

More and more vehicles using batteries, more and more explosions, more and more need for the kind of technology to reduce and prevent that kind of thing. It just makes sense.

* Leadership and Community engagement

The movement of insiders of a compnay can be quite telling, and interestingly I found that the CEO Michael Mo made a voluntary request to reduce his salary by 33% and instead getting an equity incentive that doesn't vest for at least 12 months. With lower cap stocks, one can worry about the risk of a pump and dump, but with KULR it looks like the leadership has a clear alignment with the interests of their shareholders which to me, is a promising sign.

Further to this, he recently participated in a Reddit Q&A with the community, showing an optimistic level of engagement with fans and shareholders, which I also thought was a good sign.

* Risk of de-listing?

One of the major risks when it comes to penny stocks is the risk of delisting, depending on the exchange the stock is listed on there are minimum requirements required such as staying above $1 for a period of time.

As KULR are listed on NYSE AMEX, which is a (small cap) exchange, the bottom threshold for delistng is .2, which KULR hasn't been in some time. Given recent interests and upside movement, the KULR stock seems safely on the market for now.

* Earnings coming up

With earnings expected to be released on 14 November, kulr are sitting at an estimated -0.02 eps.

Given their recent movements I think they're well positioned to beat this and I'm looking forward to the Q&A call after earnings release, which will give us good insight into the future prospects of the company.

If KULR can keep building on this momentum then I'm confident that their tech won't just be on Mars, but it'll go to the moon, all over space, hopefully taking my portfolio with it.

    the technology and the long term prospects look good on this one. I think they have a lot of room to expand and fill a market gap
