Mapletree Ind Tr - 2nd quarter results is out! Awesome! All figures saw improvement/increases. Gross revenue is up 4.2 percent to 181m. NPI is up 4.6 percent to 134m, DPU is up 1.5 percent to 3.37 cents. At least we can have a sigh of relief!

Distribution Income is up 1.9 % to 95.8m.

NAV is down marginally to 1.72.

Gearing remain healthy below 40% at 39.1%.

XD 6th November Paydate 18th December.

I think the results is good and is the best of the Mapletree reit counter.
