Why not buy HK stocks like $COUNTRY GARDEN(02007)$ directly

    • DRust
You might have guessed it already! It’s about seizing opportunity to take advantage of arbitrage while HK listing is temporarily halted. On resumption date, it’ll be hard to catch the huge pump and likely going to be pricey than current.

    next year mar 2025 resume?
    • DRust
Resumption date not disclosed yet. What is confirmed is that Country Garden definitely make sure the books are in good shape, all debts are properly structured, strong sales & delivery numbers before announcing the date for trading resumption. Together with the support of government policies & fiscal printing, guess where the price will land?
