$SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$ said on that it and Scoot will stop carrying transit passengers from Singapore to Hong Kong until further notice, due to new regulatory requirements in the city. This takes effect on Saturday for SIA and April 30 for Scoot. Flights from Hong Kong to Singapore remain unaffected, and passengers coming from Hong Kong will be allowed to transfer through Changi Airport en route to their final destination, the airline said.
